At T-TEK our people are experienced
in the design of material handling systems and equipment ranging from multi-lane conveyor systems to small pallet handling projects. From complex line release schemes to Automatic Palletizers, we have the experience necessary to customize your material handling needs.
Hydraulic Power Plant:
Ultra Quiet Twin Pump assembly utilizes Rexroth piston pumps designed to provide up to 21 GPM at 1500 PSI each. It is mounted on a flat platform constructed of heavy-duty structural steel (3/16) and houses a removable drip pan. Fully tested and ready, it can be quickly inserted into the machine in the same area as the original. The reservoir is located in the middle of the platform, with all gauges in view from outside. The pump assembly and the manifolds are mounted on opposite sides of the reservoir, close to door openings, making them accessible for visual inspection or maintenance, without entering the machine. To avoid cavitation the pumps are mounted below the level of the oil, and to minimize noise the drive motor is mounted on vibration-dampening mounts. “Shut off” ball cocks are installed in the suction lines so that the pump or manifold can be disassembled with a minimum of lost fluid. Fluid level and temperature sensors are used to protect the system from fluid loss and over heating. A three-phase oil heater with a thermostat control keeps the oil in the reservoir warm, to allow for quick start-ups on cold days. Parker provides a “No Leak Guarantee" on all hoses and fittings.
Pallet Conveyor:
Each CDLR can be customized for any application: stand alone, interface with palletizers, transfer systems, and stretch wrappers. Made with heavy -duty structural steel, it is built to sustain punishment and built to last.
Line Divider:
Made with heavy-duty structural steel and uses UHMW plastic as replaceable wear strips for all moving metal parts. Using the UHMW as a wear strip minimizes the wear, such as the roller chains traveling on UHMW tracks and the Case Slat dowel following the UHMW covered Lane guides. Lane shifting is controlled by pneumatic DC manifold style valves, which are mounted outside of the roller bed for easy access. It is driven by a powerful 3-hp, motor mounted underneath the roller bed. A soft start is used to start the Line Divider to minimize stress on the drive.
Accumulator Roller Bed:
Each Accumulator Roller Bed Section is made with heavy-duty structural steel and designed so that it can be bolted or welded into place. Power is supplied by a 1-1/2 hp 3-phase motor located directly under the roller bed. Power is transferred from the motor to a jump shaft also located under the roller bed, through a V-Belt. The jump shaft supplies drive to both sides of the roller bed with #40 chain. The belt driven sheave is located on the end of the jump shaft, outside of the bearings, making belt changes quick and easy. The rollers are constructed using precision bearings and 11/16 shaft, and are available with a urethane coating for increased control with certain products. The section uses idler rollers, which rise to form a product stop, using pneumatic cylinders, mounted on the outside of the pan for easy accessibility.
